Winter weather can spring a surprise, especially in the case of ice and snow, so to have the ability to be able to respond quickly to rapidly changing winter conditions is important. These portable, free-standing winter message signs can provide that ability, by being easily transported into place at very short notice.
The signs have a sand filled base, meaning they won’t blow over in normal wind strengths and are available in 8 different winter messages, displayed in a visually effective yellow and black colour.
The 8 message options are a mix of winter hazard warnings and instructions and state: "Car park closed due to snow and ice", "Please wipe your feet", "Caution gritting in operation", "Caution beware of snow and ice", "Please wipe your feet before entering building", "Danger slippery surface", "Walkway closed due to snow and ice", and, "Ensure vehicles are free from snow and ice".
